This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on the Clara Keepsake Studio website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Ireland.
Personalization & Order Processing Time
Our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you. After payment confirmation, you'll receive an email with a link to personalize your item (upload photos, add names, and customize text).
Once you complete and submit your personalization, your order enters production and is processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders where personalization is submitted on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Please complete your personalization promptly, as production cannot begin until we receive your finalized design.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States, and 7–14 business days for international destinations (Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland), depending on your location and carrier performance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and do not include the personalization step above.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking information within this timeframe, please contact our support team.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Delays in completing the personalization step
- Carrier-related issues beyond our control
- Force majeure events (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes)
- Customs processing for international orders
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
